The Founder: Charlotte
If this resonates with you, too.
You're in the right place.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve noticed the difference between what women are told and what men are allowed to get away with.
But there’s one moment that has stayed with me. I must have been in my early 20s, working as a performer. I was walking around the venue before rehearsals in what was, to me, completely normal attire for a dancer, leggings and a top.
I was literally just going about my day. Then a man came over and asked if I could change my leggings because they might make other people feel uncomfortable.
I remember being absolutely godsmacked.
Firstly, I remember thinking… You’ve hired dancers. We’re rehearsing here shortly, obviously there are going to be women walking around in leggings.
But then came the part that really made me furious.
Why was I the one being asked to change? Why was it my responsibility to make someone else feel comfortable? Why was I being made to feel like I was the problem for simply existing confidently in my own body?
And I knew it had absolutely nothing to do with a pair of leggings.
It was about the fact that I was confident, that I took up space, that I was attractive. And that, for whatever reason, my presence made someone else uncomfortable.
And rather than asking why does her confidence make me uncomfortable?
The solution was: Make her change.
Make her smaller, make her question herself, make her responsible for everyone else's comfort.
This wasn’t an isolated experience either. I have experienced versions of this time and time again, and the more I think about it, the more I realise…
Women are taught this from such a young age.
At school, in friendships, in workplaces, and in relationships. We’re told we’re too loud, too opinionated, too ambitious, too confident, too emotional, too outspoken, too much.
And what happens eventually is , you stop saying what you really think.
You stop showing people who you really are.
And THAT is exactly what I want to change.
I didn’t want to build another social media agency that just created pretty posts. I wanted to build something that helped women take their power back.
That’s why our mission is to create a generation of FEARLESS female founders who speak and scale despite fear.
Despite the fear of being judged, despite the fear of being rejected, and despite the fear of being told they’re too much.
And I see this play out with our clients all the time.
Take Candice for example.
When Candice first came to us, she told me she would sit on her phone scrolling through other accounts in her industry, trying to figure out what she should post, and then copy it.
This wasn't because she wasn't good at her craft, because she's an absolute powerhouse, but because she didn’t have the confidence to say what she really thought.
She had spent so much time being made to feel like she was too much that she had started hiding the very things that made her exceptional.
So we did something completely different. We didn’t try to make Candice fit into what was already working online. We went looking for Candice.
We pinpointed her voice, her opinions, her experiences, her story and her perspective.
The things she had achieved that she didn’t realise were actually extraordinary, and we realised quickly that Candice was not normal.
At just 23 years old, she had worked her way into a Head Chef role for a huge company, and she had done that as a young woman, and as a woman of colour.
That became part of her power, and we stopped hiding it.
And once we uncovered what made her different, we built her content and brand around it.
And look what happened.
She became a finalist for Leading Chef of the Year, she launched a second business and sold out within 20 minutes, her Reach went from 337 to consistently reaching 4 MILLION, she went from under 2,000 followers to over 50,000, and now she has billion-pound household names sitting in her DMs wanting to work with her.
That is what happens when you stop trying to make yourself fit the mould and start building your brand around the woman you actually are.
And THAT is why I care so deeply about what we do.
That is the heart of our unique methodology.
We uncover the things you’ve been taught to hide, the experiences you’ve overlooked, the opinions you’ve been scared to share and the parts of you that make you different, and we turn them into authority, magnetism and growth.
I refuse to build an agency that teaches women to fit in.
I’m building one that teaches thousands of women to become FEARLESS.
To the unstoppable force of a woman who refuses to stay small.
Me, and other women like me.
We partner with fearless female founders who know they're meant for bigger rooms.
You're exceptional at what you do, but your brand isn't reflecting the level you're already operating at. Instead of becoming the obvious name in your industry, you're blending into a sea of copy + paste brands, and it's costing you premium clients, elite opportunities and the recognition you deserve.
That's where we come in.
We uncover your unique genius, position you as a category-of-one, and build a fearless brand that attracts the opportunities, influence and revenue your expertise has already earned.
